The government of Japan needs to submit "Nationality" and "Passport number" in addition to the "Name", "Address", "Occupation", etc. of all the hotel guests, according to the law. Also, please send a photo of your passport when you check in at the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Please note that you can not stay if you do not fill out ALL GUESTS.
If the guest refuses to present the passport, the guest may contact the nearest police station as a possible non-portable passport.
