【House Rules：眾議院規則：ハウスルール】

1. No noise：無噪音：騒音禁止Camp in and around the house.

   Please do not disturb at night. When you make so much noise, neighbors will call the police!

   在房子內和周圍營地。

   請不要在晚上打擾。當你發出這麼大的噪音時，鄰居會報警！

   家の中や周辺で騒がないでください。

   隣人が警察を呼ぶ事があります。

2. No smoking：禁止吸煙：禁煙Please do not smoke for the next guest. When smoking is found, a separate deodorizing fee will be charged.

   請不要為下一位客人吸煙。如果發現吸煙，將收取單獨的除臭費。

   次のゲストのために喫煙しないでください。喫煙がわかった時、別途消臭料金を請求いたします。

3. No Barefoot：沒有赤腳：土足禁止Please take off your shoes and put on slippers.

   A separate cleaning fee will be charged when entering the room is known.

   請脫掉鞋子，穿上拖鞋。

   進入客房時，酒店將收取單獨的清潔費。

   あなたの靴を脱いでスリッパを履いてください。

   土足で入室がわかった時、別途清掃料金を請求いたします。

4. Keep your apartment clean：保持公寓清潔：アパートを清潔に保ってくださいIf you leave the apartment in bad condition I will charge it because I think it is a damage to my apartment.

   如果您離開公寓狀況不佳，我會收取費用，因為我認為這對我的公寓造成了損壞。

   あなたが悪い状態でアパートを去った場合、私はそれが私のアパートへの損害であると考えますので、私は料金を請求します。

5. Please wash dishes immediately after use.請在使用後立即洗碗。使用後はすぐに食器を洗ってください。
6. Don't dump trash at the trash station：不要在垃圾站丟棄垃圾：ゴミはゴミステーションに捨てないでくださいWhen checking out, please keep everything in the room (cleaner will clean up.)

   Please separate from burning and non-burnable trash.

   退房時，請保留房間內的所有物品（清潔劑將清理乾淨。）

   請分開燃燒和不可燃垃圾。

   チェックアウトするときは、部屋の中にすべて置いておいてください（清掃員が片付けます。）

   燃えるゴミ、燃えないゴミと分けてください。

7. Please let us know the check in / check out time：請告知我們入住/退房時間:チェックイン/チェックアウトの時間をお知らせください。Please inform us at least one day prior to arrival or departure (but not necessarily the exact time).

   請至少在抵達或離開前一天通知我們（但不一定是確切的時間）。

   （正確な時間とは限りませんが、大体の場合）を到着または出発の少なくとも1日前にお知らせください。

8. Please observe the 10 o'clock checkout：請觀察10點結賬：10時のチェックアウトを守ってくださいThe cleaning company you are requesting goes into cleaning.

   If you do not enter the cleaning, it will be a penalty and you will be charged an extended usage fee.

   Note: Please return the key to where you took it from when check in.

   您要求的清潔公司進行清潔。

   如果您沒有進入清潔，將被罰款，您將需要支付延長的使用費。

   注意：請在辦理入住手續時將鑰匙退還給您的鑰匙。

   依頼している清掃会社が清掃に入ります。

   清掃に入れなかった場合はペナルティとなりますので、延長使用料金を請求いたします。

   鍵は元あったメールボックスにもどしてチェックアウトの程何卒宜しくお願い致します。
